We’re good people determined to make great work, and we are seeking a Senior Experiential Producer to join our team!As a Senior Experiential Producer, you will be responsible for managing and executing experiential marketing campaigns for various clients. You will work closely with our creative team and leadership to ensure that all experiential campaigns align with our clients’ objectives and effectively engage their target audience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the creative and account teams to ensure that experiential campaigns align with the clients’ strategic goals and target audience.
Managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
Managing teams consisting of freelance and full-time producers and coordinators.
Managing and executing multi-channel projects that include both physical and digital experiences.
Coordinate logistics and oversee production, including vendor selection, venue sourcing, contracting, permitting, and on-site management.
Overseeing the creation and maintenance of critical project tracking and documentation.
Leading weekly project status meetings and maintaining key project details in our project management platform.
Developing and managing budgets, reconciling budgets post-event, handing vendor contracts and fee negotiations, and ensuring billing and invoicing terms and procedures are met.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
Working cross-functionally to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified and met to ensure project goals are successfully achieved.
Managing client relationships on production-related issues, as well as managing client needs and expectations through the duration of the project and onsite.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to Kindred’s experiential process and offerings.
Participate in new business pitches and proposals as needed.
Management of onsite teams to ensure seamless installation and execution.
Travel may be required up to 20% of the time.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience managing projects and teams as a producer or senior producer with a focus on leading the planning, development, and execution of large-scale experiential marketing campaigns for various clients.
Must be organized, self-motivated, able to think creatively and quickly and be able to approach unique problems in new ways.
Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Extensive experience with obtaining permits as necessary and knowledge of permitting procedures across the country.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of producers, junior producers and coordinators and has a keen understanding of servant leadership.
A positive team player and leader who fosters collaboration and comes with a solution-oriented mindset.
Understands the fabrication processes, materials, costs, and associated timelines.
Maintains a diverse network of strong experiential vendor relationships and partners across various markets.

We’re good people determined to make great work!As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing experiential marketing campaigns for various clients. You will have a strong influence over the development within design at the agency and will assist leadership with the growth of the team. You’ll work closely with clients to bring their visions to life in partnership with project management, production and leadership to ensure that all experiential campaigns align with our clients’ objectives and effectively engage their target audience.
Responsibilities:Lead the development of the experiential design vision, ensuring it aligns with brand and business objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for all experiential design aspects, providing expertise and direction to internal teams and clients. Take charge of the complete design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring the creation of immersive and innovative experiential designs.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate experiential design into overarching project goals.
Vet freelance design resources.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and experiential design innovations to infuse cutting-edge concepts into projects.
Introduce fresh and imaginative ideas that push the boundaries of conventional design thinking, creating truly unique and engaging experiences.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
Work closely with project managers/producers to establish realistic timelines and budgets for experiential design projects.
Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal teams and clients, fostering a collaborative and transparent design process.
Develop and refine design processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in delivering high-impact designs.
Implement best practices for design within the agency, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design outputs.
Qualifications:
Experience in Graphic Design, Experiential Design, Environmental Design, or related fields within a brand or agency setting.
5-7 years of demonstrated experience in experiential design, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling tools).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:Own day-to-day accounts payable and receivable across multiple active production projects.
Manage high-volume vendor payments, including wires, ACH, and rush requests tied to project timelines.
Track POs, invoices, and pass-through costs against shifting scopes and budgets.
Follow up on client collections (AR) and ensure timely billing aligned to project progress.
Run and manage payroll, including coordinating contractor and freelancer payments.
Reconcile accounts in real time and support month-end close.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
Partner with project teams to stay aligned on budgets, billing status, and cash flow needs.
Support client invoicing and ensure accuracy across all billable project expenses
Identify gaps, flag risks, and help improve financial processes as the business scale.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for leadership.
Report on both cash and accrual basis.
Qualifications:3+ years of bookkeeping or project-based accounting experience (agency, production, or high-volume environment preferred).
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
Experience supporting multiple fast-moving projects with evolving budgets and timelines.
Comfortable managing payroll in a dynamic, project-based environment.
High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Able to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with non-finance teams.
Bonus: Familiarity with multi-state tax requirements, including sales/use tax or state-specific payroll considerations.
